A number of fuming parents are now gathered at the front of the Dunrobin Primary School demanding to hear their children’s GSAT results.
”We hear say the schools get the results from yesterday but the teachers are holding back the results only some students hear,” said one father.
He joined the group of other parents who said they were also barred from entering the institution to interact with students.
But principal of the school Noel Watt has given a different story.
“The school received the results late yesterday and since then has been manually trying to sort out the names to inform the students,” said the principal.
He explained that at the start of the school session, several students who turned up to school early were informed about their placement. “That process has been suspended until later in the day,” said Watt.
He also insisted that the names would have to be given in an orderly fashion.
