Marvin ‘Fat Man’ Campbell, the man accused of killing five persons, including three children, in March Pen on Sunday, has turned himself in to the police.
The Police High Command informed Loop News that Campbell was accompanied by a pastor when he reported to the police.
Three children and two of their mothers were killed after gunmen opened fire on their houses before setting the structures ablaze.
Police named Campbell, who is alleged to be a hitman for the notorious Clansman gang, as the main suspect and linked the killings to a sexual assault case against the alleged gangster.
Campbell was reportedly placed on the police wanted list following an allegation of sexual assault committed against a close female relative who is a minor.
Following the report, Campbell left the area and managed to elude the Police each time an attempt was made to apprehend him, the police report.
He is alleged to have issued several death threats to the victim and the victim’s family to dissuade them from pursuing a sexual assault matter. The victims of Sunday’s gruesome act are all relatives of the sexual assault victim.
