Childbirth is nothing compared to what 8-months-pregnant Kim Kardashian just went through.
The reality star with the famously breech baby says she underwent an “external cephalic version,” which is a fancy term for physically manipulating the fetus into the safer head-down position for birth.
“They don’t give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful,”Kardashian wrote on her website Monday. “Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!”
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star revealed her second child’s head was still uplast week as she entered her 36th week of pregnancy — even though the baby was supposed to be facing down four weeks earlier.
The 35-year-old Kardashian originally feared she would have to get a C-section if the baby didn’t re-position itself naturally, though she said her doctor, Paul Crane, was willing to deliver the baby in breech if possible.
