A motor vehicle accident involving a minibus which traverse the Portmore to Spanish Town Route and a Haulage truck claimed the lives of three persons today in Passage Fort Portmore, St. Catherine.

It is unclear at this time what caused the deadly crash.

It is said that the Driver, Conductor, and a Passenger were the victims of the horrific accident today

The Traffic division for the Jamaica Constabulary Force continues to remind road users to obey the Road Laws.

So far in 2019 more than thirty persons were killed in road fatalities, the five road fatalities recorded in Trelawny make the streets of that parish the nation’s bloodiest.

Trelawny is followed closely by Westmoreland and St. Ann, both with four deaths each.
